Art Therapy and Process

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Art Therapist registered with the Art Therapy Credentials Board, and a Substance Use Disorder Professional. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University in Seattle, WA. Additionally, I completed a certificate in Somatic Psychotherapy and Practices at Antioch University in Santa Barbara, CA, and completed a certificate in Addiction Studies at Antioch University, in Seattle, WA. I believe in holistic healing which includes building a mind and body connection. I utilize body based skills along with visual art and mindfulness practices to help you process and heal from the lasting impact of trauma and life stressors. I have experience working with groups and individuals in a range of settings including residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment settings, and private practice.
